Worst storage facility i have ever rented with harrassment deprivation of character intimidation person living in unit drugs on floor in front of my unit when come in harrassed multiple times when going to unit. Made complaint after complaint police told me that i could file a lawsuit. I have had storage in different cities and states i traveled for work that is the only location in twenty years there has been a problem and harrassment and threats of violence due to coming to storage to frequent i think they didnt want me to notice what is going on in the facility. Not good place. Staff threatened to cut the lock on my unit and throw my things away up to date on rental when moved in the unit i was in they cut the lock and threw someones things in the dumpster. It was occupied and they had me put my things in it after emptied now they have threatened to do the same to me and my things threatening to jump on me. It is across street from rehab i was told. People going back of building and mattress in woods behind it. NOT GOOD PLACE TO RENT FROM THE STAFF CUT LOCKS AND THROW PEOPLES THINGS IN DUMPSTER IN FRONT OF YOU. SUPPOSED TO BE EMPTY UNIT WASNT. THEN THREATENED TO DO IT TO ME WHEN MAD BECAUSE I SAID THEY WERE HARRASSING ME.

Shirley and Jessica are the best employees!! I am their regular FedEx delivery driver and I never have any issues delivering or getting problems solved. They are very sweet and 100% positive!!
