I cannot say enough good things about this storage facility and the manager, Jessica, that runs it on National Road West in Richmond, Indiana. During an incredibly stressful and time-sensitive situation, she went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed, right when I needed it. From the very first interaction, I was treated with kindness, patience and genuine care—something that is rare these days. Every question I had was answered, every concern was handled and I never once felt like “just another customer.” What stood out the most was her willingness to work with me during a difficult and unpredictable situation. That level of understanding and flexibility made a huge difference for me and took a lot of pressure off during an already overwhelming time. If you’re looking for a place that is not only professional and well-run, but also staffed by truly compassionate people, this is it. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and highly recommend them.
