I went with my wife to look at a unit and met with Roger. He was very informative, upfront, and honest about everything. He was very kind to us and we really felt like we could trust him. He made our experience there great! I would recommend this place and Roger to anyone looking for a unit!

Easy online lease process. Location was perfect down the street with climate controlled storage. Pre leased 4 months, only needed 3 of the months. Rodger was very helpful and friendly. Took initiative in getting a refund when i was unaware it was even an option. Very pleased with experience.

Austin was so helpful and welcoming. If i had a question they had an answer. The facility is super clean and you can tell its well taken care of. the fact they have a loading dock made moving my stuff into my unit so much easier and it didn't feel nearly as cramped as some places can get. I've been renting a storage unit for about 8 years now. I rented from two other places previously and the customer service here is hands down the best I've ever experienced.

Austin super helpful in choosing correct options for my rotating art storage. Need temp-control for paintings, ready access with good hours, smallest reasonable space, lowest price. Great support! Rodger also super & helpful when I almost closed entry-door on a pallet of art, thinking I had blocked the auto-close *eye* YIKES!

Very clean and secure facility. Austin was extremely friendly and helpful with setting up the rental agreement and explaining everything. He asked us repeatedly if we had any questions. I have rented storage units in the past and this was by far the best experience yet.
