I had a unit here from January-December of 2024. Unit was perfect, easy to get in and out of facility and always felt safe. Place was clean, and every interaction I ever had with staff was excellent. Easy set up & cancellation. If I ever needed another storage unit, i would definitely return here

Great place very clean. Can get busy but that is out of their control. Biggest complaint is the rising prices for what improvements not sure think it’s for the repairs of damages done on doors by vehicles maybe? But overall not bad if you need a place.

Extra space storage is very clean! All the employees at the Louie Place location were very helpful on the move and ways to organize my unit! From the start of my rental to my actual move! I really appreciate they made a few different calls to make sure everything went as planned and it did!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I had such a great experience with Extra space storage on Louie Place in Lexington Kentucky! Mike and Dave were great in every way! They were so professional and helped me find the best place for all of my grandmothers treasures! This was a hard time mentally but they were so sweet and helpful! Thank goodness they offered insurance…I thought my homeowners insurance would cover everything…I WAS SO WRONG!!! Thanks you guys so much!!!
