Employees are great. Always helpful and and will do what they can to help. Don’t have a single complaint to the people who work there. The company itself is disgusting. Be careful using as a long term storage. Rates will consistently rise without reason every couple months. My beginning rate 3 years ago has now doubled over the 3 years and would be even higher if it wasn’t for the excellent service I’ve received from the employees there who understand the constantly rising costs are unreasonable. Give 3/5 and that 3 is all the employees. The company 0/5
