Beware of rate increases. Thought I was getting a good unit in a safe location for a decent price. But that rate has since doubled in price. I understand increases due to the market but to increase the rate double of what it was is not good and fair business. Will be submitting my notice to go elsewhere, and I’d recommend you do as well. Before you’re paying out the door/unexpected prices each month for a 5x5 room.
