If I could give a lower review, I definitely would. I stored all my furniture and belongings in one of their units for a year. Paid for insurance on the unit with my things in it. 8 was not living in town at the time. At some point in that year, the unit was damaged by what I'm assuming was rain water. When I came to get my things, it was all covered in green mold. All my furniture was effected. No one called to say, "Hey, head a lot of rain, you might want to check your unit." Nothing. Instead the nice rental manager, Pearl, said there hasn't been any rain. Furniture covered in mold, wood warped, but no rain??? So they refused to cover the damage. It was absolutely NOT molded when I put it in the unit. My bedroom furniture had to be thrown away it was so bad. My couch and loveseat both had to be professionally cleaned because of the material. Do not trust these people with your possessions. 3 months after signing the rental agreement they decided to raise the cost... It doubled!! From $60 to $120 a month. I am beyond angry!! My things were trashed and paying for the insurance DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. These were the only pictures I had left.
