I've been here for years including when the other owner still owned it. Customer service is always great and they are always willing to help figure out a situation! I would recommend to anyone. The only hurdle is they have closing hours where you can't get to your storage in the middle of the night. Thats the only issue and really that just means there's less chance of my unit being tampered with so I've learned to live with it!

I haven't had any issues with my storage unit. I appreciate there's an office you can call. There's also a kiosk where you can speak to an agent as well. I appreciate you have 2 ways for contact if you have any issues. Great place and safe. This space is gated. You're given a specific code once you create an account! It is also well lighted at nighttime.
