Super quick and easy to rent a unit. They provide a lock and its a decent one and called me the next day to make sure i was all set and didnt need anything else. Super super friendly. We rented via the terminal on site and it took less than 10 minutes to rent and then get into the unit, super quick and easy. Inside the unit was super clean and fresh. It is clear that someone does care to maintain the units and keep them presentable between rentals. No must, no mildew, no water stains, no trash. We came by later that night and the facility lights were nice as well. No light inside the unit, but we didn't really need them anyways, the ones outside were good enough. I would also like to mention pricing. We shopped around and these were some of the best priced units in the area. The only complaint i would have is i didnt need to talk to anyone but their kiosk automatically calls a rep to help you. I just felt like i was wasting someone’s time. Not really a bad thing to have help available, i just didnt need it.
