I would especially like to recognize Jonathan for the excellent customer service he provides. Although his primary language is English, he always goes out of his way to find ways to communicate in Spanish with customers who may not speak English well. That truly shows how much he cares about helping his customers. He is extremely kind, respectful, patient, and, most importantly, very empathetic. You can tell that he is not simply doing his job—he genuinely cares about understanding each person’s situation and making them feel comfortable, respected, and well taken care of. My experience with Jonathan has been excellent. If I had to recommend this storage facility based on the service I received, I definitely would because of people like him. I wish more places had employees with his willingness to help and his genuine, compassionate way of treating customers. Thank you so much, Jonathan, for your outstanding service!
