I rented a unit at Extra Space Storage earlier this week and started moving things in today. I could not be more pleased. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and very helpful. They explained their policies and exactly what I needed to do. Robin even walked thru the entrance code with me to make sure I could get in. The facility is clean and the area where you load and unload to enter the building is covered so you and your valuables won’t get wet. I am completely satisfied.
