The Staff is Very Caring and Helpful throughout the Entire Process. My Unit was Clean and Easily Accessible. They provide flat hand carts that are always available, easy to load and unload. I Highly Recommend this Facility. EDIT: After about month 3, the security gate was busted down completely for 6 entire months. The security coded doors were useless. I was so terrified of possibly being assaulted that I stopped going to my own storage unit. Everytime that I tried to called corporate, I was rerouted to the front desk manager at the Harahan location. Zero Solutions from her!! Told me repeatedly that she has a security officer there 24/7 since the security gates and doors are completely compromised. I went several times, Zero security guard on the premises. No solutions, no discount for extreme inconvenience and safety concerns. Zero stars!!!
