Very disappointed in this place. RATS, NO carts available, parking on incline carts roll all over, double price increase. We are moving our unit to another company. Me and my partner ( he rents here ) are leaving. Rats ate thru our cardboard boxes. ( we have no food items stored ) Sometimes there are NO carts and no cars are parked by the ONLY 2 parking spaces for the climate controlled storage units. When you do park in the available space to unload the cart rolls wild so you need a friend, a foot, or a car to lean on. My first bill after intro offer was DOUBLE what we initially paid We have had it.

I bought a unit online but wasn’t aware of an obstruction when I came to store my car. Me. Owen’s came to the rescue and got me a new unit from what was available and I am happy with my new unit! Excellent service by Ms.Owens!!!! Thanks again!!!!
