Pay $200 for a storage unit & then for 2 days in a row the access code doesn’t work so we can’t even get into the place to move our stuff. There is no customer service because all they do is transfer you to the office which is empty because it’s Sunday. You pay extra for access & insurance just to not be able to access it. If I could give 0 stars I would!
