Devin C was very helpful with advice. He was easy to communicate with. My experience Was beneficial. My overall experience with Extra Space on Perdido since 2020 has been non eventful and has caused me no concern. I can appreciate that. Update: Oct 2024 The other Devin, the manager is also very helpful. He put in a lot of effort and solved an unusual issue at the storage. There was also once a woman named Terri in the pass who was just good to work with. It is clear that the staff are on the same page about customer service. They all have great personalities for working with the public. The space is very clean. No one’s hanging around or smoking. It’s temperature controlled.i trust my belongings are safe there. I appreciate that

Devin at 2321 Perdido has great customer service! He also had my best interest at heart when he reviewed my bill. As a sidebar, I’ll note that he had the building smelling clean and fresh…I arrived right before they closed and he had just finished cleaning up. Hats off to a great employee who goes above and beyond to make the customers experience great. If he’s not already, he should be promoted to manager and receive a substantial increase in salary. He has a great future ahead of him.??
