I have two units at this facility, and it appears they go up on the rates every three to six months. This has proven to be costly for me. I have never been late paying the rental rate. I was told that the rate increased because there is a demand for the unit size I am renting. A complete disregard for the fact that I am giving them business times two.

Upon completing my rental online, I received a courtesy call from the storage employee welcoming me as a tenant. She asked if I had any concerns and her availability should any develop. Since then, my contact with the attendant has always been pleasant and attentive to my concerns and needs. This is a great facility and the employees are great. I recommend this company completely.
