Chris, the manager, was very helpful. He did a great job showing and explaining everything. The facility is very nice, secure and easy to access. I love that loading/unloading is protected from the elements.

We have rented a unit for about a year, and it has been a clean, safe place to store our items that don’t fit in our apartment. The employees at this location are wonderful. However, if you are looking to rent a unit here, be warned that Extra Space corporation will attempt to double your monthly rate every few months. This increase is governed by the corporate higher-ups, and not the employees at this location (so be nice to them!). I called the manager of this location and he was able to help us out and put in a request to lower our rate increase to a more manageable amount.

I rented a unit online today and it was by far the easiest set up and best customer service from any storage company EVER! Just do it. Im really excited about Extra Space. So far so good???? The staff is also amazing, thanks Chris for everything!
