Chris at the Perdido St location is the best; he made moving in and out as easy as possible and was constantly there to manage the property when I was a tenant. Clean and safe facility

My move in process was wonderful. It was very easy to go through the process online. Then, I received detailed information from the store manager, Chris Smith, about how to access the building and more. In person, he was very thoughtful, friendly, and provided outstanding customer service. He is a huge factor why these storage units at the Cortez location are a great place to store items - besides the facility being very clean and secure. The drive-in, covered loading and unloading area is a bonus when it comes to moving items in and out no matter the weather. I highly recommend this location for storage. Thank you!!

We had a horrible experience at another storage place. When we came to Extra Space Storage, it was like a breath of fresh air. Alexis Babon was so professional and knowledgeable on the whole storage process. She made it so very easy to select just the right size unit for our needs! Dealing with her made me forget all about the other place!!
