Extra space storage off of Franklin ave was amazing and very clean. They have so many options to help you with your storage needs and most importantly they have very friendly staff to help you navigate just what you need storage wise. My experience was amazing in every aspect. The young lady Kayron, was very patient and very helpful. She created time to explain to me the plan that I had purchase online. The representative that I initially spoke with, she did not give me a thorough breakdown of the prices, nor did she inform me of any possible price increase in the near future. Which, ther were two increases. Kayron, in a humble manner addressed my concerns and she also help rectify the issues that I was having month in, month out. Thanks Kayron, you're deeply appreciated.
