Kayron is a very pleasant worker. She has great energy and anytime I have a question or my mother she never hesitates to answer it with such kindness, even when the questions are asked more than once. She keeps us laughing and informed with such a good spirit. We never feel rushed to pay and leave.

Extra space on Franklin is awesome!! I was able to rent a unit online for my daughter’s dormitory items at the end of the semester. It was so easy and thorough to rent the unit without having to go into the office. The lock for the unit was already enclosed which made it even better!! Thank you all so much for such an easy process.
