I utilize Extra Storage on Franklin Avenue because how clean the units are and the customer service received. Employee Kayron does an excellent job promoting the company and her outstanding mannerisms when speaking with her customers. She should be commended for the efforts she put forward when handling customer concerns. I appreciate her being there.

The best place to come when your looking for a storage and the manager Nicole is so nice I think other people need to be more like her she’s always smiling and very polite never change not one time always be the same
