Trish the manager went above and beyond to make our complicated storage issues work. She made additional units of the right size available to accommodate our changing needs. She not only helped us unload a 20ft U Haul on a hot day, but enlisted her retired husband Dan to pitch in. Trish and Dan's kindness and expertise saved the day. We are so happy that we chose Extra Space on Riverside St. for our storage needs and recommend them highly.

I am not someone who gives reviews, but I have had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage, especially with Trish at the Riverside location in Portland, that I felt obliged. From start to finish, Trish was communicative, kind, and gave clear guidance. Very personable. The bathroom is always clean, as well as the overall facility. Highly recommend.
