I came in with a U-Haul from hours away, I was given a tour of the units I could possibly choose from, and the process was quick and easy! I was assisted by Brian Cash the assistant store manager. He mentioned the Old Bottom site wasn’t his usual place of work but I could not tell as he was swift, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Brian Cash assistant store manager gave me a tour helped me figure out how to use the key and taught me how to use the facility so I could store my things. He went over and above and made me feel very comfortable! Everyone at this extra storage facility has been gracious and helpful and I’m looking forward to working with them thank you so much
