II am very pleased with the excellent service I received from (Jasmine) Annapolis Extra Space Storage (trout). I have a hearing impairment and it can be extremely frustrating for the other person but, everyone was so patient with me and made sure that I understood the process. I am also very happy with the way I was able to get this done over my cellphone. I would recommend; Extra Space Storage to anyone. A+
