Kevin from one of the baltimore Maryland locations has always been helpful any time I've needed something but today he really saved my butt. I dont live close to my unit at the moment, about an hour drive, and I messed up by leaving the locker keys at my house... that's right I was thinking I made a two hour round trip with a fully loaded car for no reason. Luckily Kevin was in the office and more then willing to help me by drilling out my lock. This moved has been stressful and let's just say I was not okay upon arriving to his desk. He was able to get it done quickly and came back to clean up the mess. Instead of just returning to his desk he proceeded to sweep the hall way and then clean the restroom. He always has a smile on and I can tell he really cares for his job. AA+++ on making my day less stressful!

My storage sapce is safe, adequate, and accessible, but what I've appreciated most having my belongings in storage at this location is the responsiveness of the staff. I don't know how he manages it, but Kevin looks out for me. Storage places have a revolving door, but he's consistent and lets me know when there are issues with my space or account. Since I'm out of the country, it really helps to have that--everyone could use a belt and suspenders. Thanks Kevin for helping me keep my things safe.
