Been a customer at this storage unit since March 2024. Have had great customer service from day 1. Recently transferred into a smaller unit, and Yvette came through with an amazing deal. Super friendly, and has the customer's best interest in mind. 100% recommend this storage facility even if you're not on Baltimore

I love using extra space storage at the 1900 S Charles location. It’s always super clean, quiet, and safe. The staff is super friendly. And one of the staff members Yvette is so attentive and a problem solver. She is very knowledgeable and communicates effectively about any questions you have. She goes above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. This is definitely a great location to rent and use.
