Very clean. Love the piped in music. Cooler than the place we are moving to. Loved the loading bays and the fact that the elevator on the ground floor needs a code. Another thing we liked compared to past storage - the motion lights in the storage room. Customer service was awesome! Location was awesome for us until our marina in Baltimore closed.
