I had a problem with my brother lock, Store Manager Sean and Assistant Manager Khin was very nice to talk with and help me with the situation of the lock. I recommend this place for great customer service by the manager and other employees that was working today.

Excellent service! Alyssa made the move in so easy. I had one of those PODs that was being delivered directly to the storage facility and Alyssa was so accommodating, and organized. She helped me find the perfect location for them to drop it off. I recommend this place to anyone. I originally picked out a unit and upon checking in for the first time found out it was too small, so asked about getting a larger one instead, Alyssa made it happen and I got the perfect unit. Thank you to Extra Storage for everything!

Alyssa is seriously the best. Super friendly, super helpful !! She actually knows her stuff and makes the whole process way less stressful. You can tell she generally cares and isn’t just going through the motions. Her energy is always good and she made me feel comfortable and taken care of from the jump.
