Storage is expensive in general, but the staff at ExtraSpace were always so helpful and clear. Every time I called with questions or concerns they would address it and usually get me a discount as well. Very kind service!

I was in the middle of moving out of my storage. Half my items were already loaded in the truck. However when Farid saw me and ask my reason for the move out. After listening to my issue. He left and investigated the issue. He then came back and was able to provide me with many options which lead me to cancel my storage reservation i had set up at a new location and renew my lease at this location. He was great to work with. If your are experiencing and issue at this location take to him before making any decisions.
