Patient, straight with me, zero pressure, zero upsell games. He took the time to actually understand my situation and made sure I got the right unit for my needs, explained everything clearly, and turned what should have been one more exhausting errand into the easiest part of my entire move. You cannot train that kind of genuine care — either an employee has it or they don't, and Farid has it in abundance. Here's the part corporate should notice: there is another storage facility 0.2 miles from this one. I rented HERE because of Farid. He is the difference between your company getting my money or your competitor getting it. That's what one great employee is worth. Extra Space Storage: you have something special at Dino Dr. Farid should be the standard other stores are trained to.
