As one of the first tenants here, I can say how much I enjoyed moving into a brand new building because my choices of units were endless. Some of the units are larger than my last apartment!! You’d need a GPS to get from one end to the other!! The staff went above and beyond to make my move-in day seamless. I have rented from other local storage facilities in the past, but after a lot of comparison shopping, I decided Extra Space Storage is unbeatable in price, cleanliness, hours of accessibility, a variety of climate controlled unit sizes, equipment and products, security and top notch customer service. They more than met my expectations. Other places had one thing or another missing, but this place seemed to have it all. Moving is never fun or easy, but their products, equipment and friendly assistance made it a whole lot less stressful. You can’t go wrong with this company. Even other tenants I’ve spoken with said the same thing. We’re a bunch of happy campers here! “Extra” not only applies to space, but to all the “Extras” you get when you rent with them.

Best storage promotional deals, excellent quality customer service - genuine folk looking out for your safety and bottom line, and the only loading dock I found on my tour of storage spaces in the area without any divebombing lantern bugs. Been with extra space storage twice now, both times quality experiences. This extra space storage with Becca and Zack in the 7205 Oakland Mills Rd is the new, clean, and caring company of my choice for my Howard County storage needs. Five stars!
