I had a great experience thanks to Sharmaine. She provided excellent customer service and really took the time to understand my needs. I wasn’t sure what size storage unit would work best for me, especially with my budget in mind, but she walked me through all my options patiently and made everything easy to understand. What I appreciated most was how she balanced professionalism with genuine care..she didn’t try to oversell me, but instead helped me find the best solution that made sense financially.
