I’ve been a customer at this Extra Space Storage location on and off for several years, and the reason I continue to come back is because of the consistently great experience I’ve had. A few things that are especially important to me whenever I do business with a company are exceptional customer service, good communication, understanding, patience, accommodation, and cleanliness. The staff at this location truly exemplifies all of these qualities. This month marks one year since I’ve had my current unit, and I haven’t had a single issue. I’ve even spoken with other customers who feel the same way about the service they receive here. I’ve used other storage facilities in the past, but I can honestly say I’ve never been this impressed with one until now. The staff is professional, helpful, and genuinely makes you feel like your business is appreciated. I would absolutely recommend this Extra Space Storage location to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained facility with outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Sharmaine and Kobie for making customers feel appreciated and for doing such a great job keeping this location clean and in good condition.
