Don’t know where the old friendly helpful staff went but this storage facility jacked my current rate to over DOUBLE my current rate. And when I went to check online their current rates were a lot less than this as well. So I can essentially rent the same unit for less if I get out of this unit? Make it make sense. I brought it up to the employee and she didn’t seem to be bothered that it’s doubled overnight from 105 to 225 with no notification of any sort. This is robbery and mafia style pricing. — Amazing customer service. Nick went above and beyond to tell me my unit was not locked properly while I was out of town. He took care of it on my behalf and I am forever grateful. It is so heartwarming to know there’s kind hearted people in the customer service industry willing to step up and do what’s necessary for their customers. I admire his honesty and due diligence. Thank you for hiring Nick, he’s a great reflection for your company. I trust my belongings with your storage unit.
