This is a brand new facility, with elevators, and very well organized, and most importantly very good customer service. UPDATE 01/02/2025 Since December 2024, the use of restrooms, are limited to office hours. Please disregard my 5* review above, I’m very disappointed, and plain to close my unit ASAP. UPDATE 08/01/2026 I would not recommend renting a unit here. My experience with the management has been extremely disappointing. The manager was rude and showed very little understanding of what good customer service should look like. I recently downsized my storage unit and moved from the second floor to the fifth floor, where the air conditioning barely works. During the weekend of July 4, 2026, while I was moving my belongings, there was an intense heat wave, and the fifth floor had virtually no air conditioning. I couldn’t finish moving because I was genuinely concerned about suffering a heat-related illness. I asked for a little extra time to complete the move and requested that the $42 fee be waived due to the circumstances. Instead of showing any empathy, the manager told me that if I couldn’t afford Extra Space Storage’s fees, then this wasn’t the place for me to store my belongings. She even implied that Extra Space Storage is for people who have money. Rather than continue arguing, I paid the fee and moved on. However, after more than eight years as a loyal customer, this experience has convinced me that it’s only a matter of time before I close my account and take my business elsewhere.
