The customer service representative had excellent customer service from the time I entered the store. He was very informative and friendly and he met all of my needs. Therefore I am recommending that he be promoted with an increase in salary. Very satisfied customer.

Excellent customer service! The guy at the front desk was fast and efficient. He answered all of my questions and gave me a tour ensuring that I was comfortable using the entrance gate and elevator. Would’ve gave 5 stars but the place has a weird smell. Not unbearable but definitely noticeable.

Andre was so helpful with explaining the terms of my rental agreement and provided excellent feedback with my concerns. Also when I check on my unit the bldg has been clean and ppl do not loiter.

This location was convenient and clean. The only issue I had was that I wasn't aware there was a time I could enter. Moving a child out of a dorm takes hours, and having a 10 p.m. cutoff time wasn't ideal. However, the price and size were great!
