Best in customer services. Diane helped me a lot in getting the storage I want and also getting to the Rolling Cart which is hard to get at certain times just because it can't be found anywhere else .. Thank You very much for great customer services .

Location, security, and facility were all great. Stored tons of stuff from a sofa, to 55inch TVs, Queen bed sets, Dressers, etc all in my storage while I was in the process of moving. Very convenient. The app is very user friendly and facilitates the process of entering and leaving the facility. Highly recommend!
