We used the facility on Pulaski Highway in White Marsh for two years. Rented both a 10x30 exterior and a 10x15 climate controlled unit. The customer service agent who signed us up was friendly and made the process easy. The facility was always clean inside and out. The on-site staff were friendly. Easy access through the security gate. The cancellation process was so simple.
