Rented a large outside unit due to relocation. The initial pricing was fair and reasonable but the pricing subsequently increased by over 40%. Due to the shutdown experienced difficulties and advised the company i would be late. The penalty is over 20% of the rental rate. I understand they have bills to pay but this is ridiculous....defintely not renting from them again. The bait and increase is crazy. Im at fault here of course but humanity does garner repeat business in my opinion. Try somewhere else unless you are truly desperate.

QUALITY without question ! Easy-to-use and never a issue with your concern. Ms. Shanon the property Mngr. is very attentive ,professional and consistent ?? It's worth every penny for me. A piece of mind is PRICELESS. I would like to bring amazing SERVICE attention to this location. I've been in the military and always used storage companies living off base. So I have plenty to compare too.. Ms. Shanon who over see the property is definitely hands on for what ever needs attention. She pays great of attention to details on the property,inspection ready!! Quality without question and I will ALWAYS make this my first choice safe guarding my valuables. People like her in our work places makes our jobs /stress levels easier and stress free ????
