Honestly the facility needs TLC! But what the building lacks is made up for in customer service with Lajuan. When I arrived to the facility the gate wasn’t opening& elevators didn’t work after a power outage. Lajuan quickly came on her day off once notified. With the elevators out she also helped me switch my unit to an accessible one. Her positive “can-do” attitude in a stressful situation was really appreciated.

LaJuan and Judah are amazing at this facility! They are both very kind and helpful. We rent 2 units at the property and have never experienced any issues at all. The property is very secure and safe. Highly recommend!
