The facilities are maintained very well and are very clean. The customer service is excellent. I would've given it 5 stars but my cost went up 100% over the 3 years I rented. But was stationed overseas and couldn't do anything about it. But the facilities and staff are awesome.

The storage unit is clean, the leasing agents are considerate and awesome — putting the needs of the customer first. The unit prices are reasonable and I couldn’t be more happier with Extra Space Storage as my choice! I worked with the climate controlled in White Plains and the non climate control unit on Iron Gate in Waldorf. All the leasing agents are wonderful people to work with. I highly recommend either - depending on your needs.
