Extra Space Storage was a great experience from start to finish! The facility is clean, spacious, and easy to access. Moving and storing your belongings can already be stressful, so having someone make this part of the process so easy makes a huge difference. Matthew was incredibly friendly, kind, helpful, and generous with his time. He walked me through each step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable with everything before moving forward. He was patient, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had the right space and understood exactly what to expect. The combination of a clean, well-maintained facility and excellent customer service made this an easy five-star experience. I would absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage, and a special thank you to Matthew for making the whole process so seamless!
