Great location, the gentleman Alex, who helped with getting me a storage unit was amazing. I've seen a few storage facilities in the area, but Extra Space Storage was immaculate! The moment I walked in Alex greeted and assist me all the way. He gave me a tour of the facility. He demonstrated how to use the locks and he explained how to enter and exit the facility. He was very thorough. What impressed me the most is the climate control and how clean the facility was. They have carts to help you load up your items. And the biggest thing, they have an elevator????. I went to the one on Crescent Street in Brockton Ma.

Ivan at the new Brockton location on Cresent Street made the check in experience quick and easy. He took me up to my container and made sure i was easily able to use the lock system. Ivan was super friendly, patient, courteous and proffesional. I would highly reccomend this location
