I have been using this storage place since May 2025. The manager is amazing and takes care of any problems that I may have. I highly recommend this location. It's clean and neat and the staff is very helpful. UPDATE I have rented a storage unit at this location since April/May 2025. I don’t visit my unit frequently, and prior to this week, the last time I had been there was in May. When I went to my unit earlier this week, I was extremely disturbed to find mouse droppings throughout the area. I returned today specifically to clean and disinfect my unit. Because rodent droppings can pose a health risk, I did not simply sweep them up. I wore gloves, sprayed the affected areas with disinfectant, carefully cleaned everything up, and disposed of the waste in trash bags. What concerned me even more was realizing that this problem is clearly not limited to my unit. The unit next to mine was open while the renter was there, and it was packed with belongings almost to the ceiling. Later, I noticed an elderly gentleman on crutches, who was missing a leg, struggling to move a box down the aisle. I offered to help him. When I attempted to pick up the box, he warned me that there was a hole in the bottom. When we turned it over, it was obvious that mice had chewed through the box. He then told me that the aisle where his unit is located also has mouse droppings throughout it. This is unacceptable and, more importantly, a health and safety concern. Customers are paying to store and protect their belongings at this facility. We should not have to worry about rodents contaminating or destroying our property. Management needs to address this immediately. When was the last time a professional pest-control service inspected and treated this facility? If there is an active rodent problem affecting multiple aisles and units, customers deserve to know what is being done about it. I will be contacting management directly regarding this situation. I am not willing to continue paying for a storage facility that has an unresolved rodent infestation. This facility needs to do better.

Love the security features, I downloaded the app and can unlock entry doors and gates with my phone. I like that they provide carts to place heavy items on. Good price for what size unit I have and the building is well lit up and surprisingly clean for the area it’s in, definitely impressed with my experience especially for the reputation of the area.
