I've spent more than $100,000 on storage over the years. EXTRA SPACE outshines any and all of other storage companies, in price design and staff care. The loading docks alone just saved me hundreds of dollars and a sore back. It's a whole new experience over Prime, Public Storage and others. Thanks. EXTRA SPACE.

We used the facility for seven years and found it to be clean, climate controlled, and safe. Never had a problem accessing our unit and the staff was always friendly and willing to help.

Very quality facility. Wheel carts work great, elevators and everything works smooth. Temperature/humidity was always as advertised. Would recommend to anyone!

Kevin, who just started here a month ago, was a big help in checking on the lights in our unit. He replaced them in 10 min and now we have lights. Woo-hoo!!! The prior people we spoke to on several occassions about the light said it would be a few weeks and they would call us to set up a time for the electrician to get into the unit. This never happened and it was very frustrating and disappointing. The bill for monthly storage is high and the lack of help was evident. They either forgot, didn't care or just wanted to collect money. Overall we like the storage and hope that under the new manager, Kevin, things will runs smoother and issues will be addressed in a timely manner.

You need to fix the front door and make it easier to enter, exit, hold both doors open, etc. Also need to upgrade cart equipment. When I signed up, location manager told me carts had been stolen and that there were “a few left” - time to upgrade and have sufficient carts / a number of carts. New manager Kevin is excellent and redeems some less than pleasant interactions I had when I signed up. Thanks.
