This storage facility is a distant travel from where I am located but I needed a storage like asap so speaking with Ms rose she was very knowledgeable polite and persistent at her work . Very clean well run establishment. Mr. Fishman as well as Melissa were very accommodating and professional. They even showed us where we needed to go and helped get our unit open. Customer service 5 stars!

Friendly and exceptional customer service

I have had the best experiences in dealing with this location (#1205) in Dedham MA. First, Latasha Rose helped me over the phone deciding what unit might best serve my needs, and then set up all the paperwork necessary to save time when I went to take possession of that space. The next day was her day off, but I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Paul Fishman, the location manager. He showed me to my space and then patiently and willingly answered all of my many questions concerning access, security, and about this location and the company. I left feeling very satisfied and secure that I will be able to leave my possessions there and return to find them there, in just the manner left them. There could be no better place to deal with your short or long term storage needs than here!

If you can find this place, you'll know why it's so secure.
