GREAT STAFF AS FAR AS THE IN OFFICE STAFF, HOWEVER THERE IS NEVER ANY REAL DEEP CLEANING (INSIDE) THE STORAGE BUILDINGS ! EVER ! PLACE IS ALWAYS & I MEAN ALWAYS. . . OUTRIGHT FILTHY ! ! ! NO ONE SHOULD * HAVE TO ASK THE COMPANY TO KEEP IT CLEAN. MAYBE IF THEY ACTUALLY BOTHERED TO CLEAN EVERY FLOOR HALLWAY, REPAINT IT, HIRE AN OUTSIDE LICENSED PROFESSIONAL PEST REMOVAL COMPANY. TO FIRST SEAL UP ( ALL ) OUTSIDE STORAGE BUILDING CRACKS/FILL (ALL) HOLES, SPRAY OUTSIDE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK ON THE BOTTOM OF ALL OUTSIDE WALLS, DOORS,WINDOWS WITH PESTICIDE THEN THE STORAGE UNITS WOULD NEVER HAVE THE CHANCE TO BE OVER RUN ! WITH NASTY POOP ?? DROPPINGS ( I HAVE NO FOOD EVER. IN MY UNIT). * I THE CUSTOMER CLEAN IT UP AT MY OWN EXPENSE, ONLY FOR IT TO HAPPEN AGAIN IN JUST A FEW DAYS.
