Brian has been and continues to be exceptional. My daughter is storing her household furniture here and has moved to Madrid. Lots of issues with the movers from Las Vegas but not here! Brian has been so helpful with all the moving issues..as the mom, this has all been stressful for me but Brian has gone to great lengths to handle things for us. The facility is great..very clean, very organized. I am highly recommending Extra Space Storage as a great, safe and secure place that can be entrusted to store your goods.

We have been customers of Extra Space Storage for a little over three years. During that time, our storage rental fee has more than doubled, which has become increasingly difficult to justify given the issues we have experienced with the facility. The elevators also have a tendency to be out of service, making it difficult and inconvenient to access our storage unit. Additionally, we have experienced a mice problem in our locker. I have personally found multiple dead mice, along with mouse droppings inside the unit. Given the significant increase in our rental fees, we expected the facility to be properly maintained, clean, and pest-free. Overall, we are disappointed with the level of service and maintenance we have received, especially considering how much our rental costs have increased over the past three years.
