Daryl Bradley the manager has top notch customer series, his patience, helpfulness, friendliness and demeanor is impressive. He went above and beyond with his job, this specific location has some of the best staff I’ve seen for this company, but specifically the manager Daryl I was very happy with. He helped me cut a lock of mine I had lost the key to. He was efficient, fast, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company due to the impeccable service that is provided.

Not to flex, but I (unfortunately) have had several storage units in the Boston and greater Boston area, and I have to say that this specific Extra Storage location has been the cleanest and friendliest - in particular, Daryl B. He helped me solve a huge problem and ease the stress of having to clear out my unit sooner than the day I can actually move into my apartment. He ended up pro rating the couple of days extra that I needed so that I can align my moving truck rental with clearing the storage unit and moving into my apartment the same day. Thanks Daryl!

I rented a unit here in December; the rate I was shown was listed as "promotional" but so do all of the rates anytime you start leasing. After 3 months, the rate increased by >100%. The only notification was a mailed letter; I was not emailed or mailed an updated lease agreement, I was simply mailed a letter and charged. So, be warned, any rate you see on the initial signing is likely to be increased by >100% within 3 months of your signing. When I asked about it, I was told (verbatim): "nothing stated your discounted rate would last for any given amount of time." This is true, but extremely misleading and shady. Do not give this company your business, and if you do, expect your rate to increase with barely any notice.
