I rented a space today at the location in New Bedford and I was more than happy. Not only do they have some of the best prices around but the woman who was working there today was extremely helpful and very pleasant! I feel bad because I am bad with names so I don't remember what hers was but I will update my review once I speak to her again. The facility is very easy to get to and very clean. I've rented many storage units and so far this was not only the easiest one to rent online but also the cheapest and most pleasant! I now have my new storage unit location for all of my future needs! Thank you!

The New Bedford location is adequate for my short term needs. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The 10X10 storage room was dry and clean. Some roof insultaion can bee seen from within the room but the roof was not leaking in any way. It was a little confusing concerning locks. It sounded like I was required to purchase one of their locks from them at the time I set up the rental. Not sure why that's the case and I really didn't like that idea but I needed storage that was close to home. Overall, a decent place to store your items.
