Clean and well-lit facility, friendly & helpful staff. I rented a large unit last Fall to store furniture while doing renovations on my house. After we moved most of it back I no longer needed such a large space, so Larry helped me find a smaller unit in a convenient location that I could move into that day. Thanks Larry!

Continues to be a scam company - they start you on a low price, for example $89/mo. Then they start raising it. I've only had my things in storage for 2 years and the price is already jacked up to $208. Slimy business.

Used them in Ashland as well. Website is straight forward, I recommend downloading the app, it makes life way easier. Their customer service reps answer quickly and are easy to understand. Their customer service reps also provide useful info and offer practical solutions. So far my favorite storage place; and I have used a lot of them. Update: 2/13/26 Great place in Northboro. Two elevators, two main entrances and exits. Spacious. Clean. Great experience, would use them again if necessary.

Staff is super friendly and accommodating! You cannot throw out trash here which is a bit annoying. Also the carts for putting stuff in storage should have no gap between the bar to hold and push and the users knees I kept dropping stuff. Especially since the wheels are crooked so the carts all lean to one side. The app is very convenient and useful but it could problem include a map to your unit that tells you where to go from the door you walk in through to get there bc the numbers are not in order and it's very hard to locate your unit the first time. It was very easy to book my unit and pay online and a nice reasonable price and a good location but I felt justified in removing one star overall.
