Go with Extra Space Storage, this place is amazing! The staff are super helpful, they showed sincere interest in providing top notch service and even ensured I had the most convenient unit close to a loading area. The facility is super clean, temperature controlled and priced better than competitors. The Extra Space website makes it easy to manage payments and move out. Honestly, I’ve never been so impressed with a storage facility.

Highly recommend. Looking for short term storage and Melvin at the office was very energetic, patient and answered all question and even had walk around all the units I was interested in. Jim who is the manager was also very helpful. Verify professional service received and I would definitely come back again for awesome service received.

Extra Space storage in Norwood is a great place. The guy Jim at the front desk was really nice and very helpful. He made the process easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this place. It is nice and clean and it doesn’t look raggedy or ran down in or out. The rates are affordable as well.

Still great -- service top notch; nice facilities. Fans of ExtraSpace -- we've been customers for three years with a unit at the Allied Drive, Dedham facility. We recently downsized to a smaller unit (5x10) at the Norwood ExtraSpace. The transition was easy and painless. From the online chat assistance to the managers of the two facilities, this was a great experience. Thanks to ExtraSpace; you run a great business.

Jim at the Norwood facility was great! Made everything so easy and quick -Will recommend this place to others - clean, well lit and lots of parking. The best part is it's all one level so you are not dealing with elevators with all your stuff - great place!

Many friends & colleagues highly recommended this facility. After interacting with Melissa and the Manager, Jim Gillis I can see why there were so many positive comments. The service is exceptional here ! Mr. Gillis went out of his way to accommodate special requests and gave very generously of his time and energy to assist my family. After comparing many other storage facilities, I found Extra Space Storage to be the absolute best in price, location, customer service, & the secure, well maintained units they provide.
