The facility manager, Chuck, is awesome!! He’s completely taken care of us with our storage needs. We looked into other locations for storage and this location has been significantly better. The ability to have climate controlled units adds an extra level of comfort. Chuck also regularly walks around the facility to make sure that everything is secure. My “storage neighbor” left their unit unlocked, and by the time I saw that it was unlocked and walked over to the front desk, Chuck had already walked around and locked their unit. 100% recommend this facility.

Outstanding Service For a Challenging Long-Distance Move! I recently managed a move to a storage facility from hundreds of miles away. From the very beginning, it was clear this would be a difficult process because I could not be on site to open the unit or supervise the move into the storage unit. I have never rented a storage unit before so I had lots of questions that I wanted answered before I rented one. I called the Pembroke location on church street, next to Lowe’s, and spoke with Charles (Chuck) Fitting and had all my questions answered instantly. I decided to go ahead and rent the storage unit after speaking with him. I went down to the location later that afternoon as I had another question and also wanted to see the unit. Chuck answered that question fully and also helped me finalize the agreement that needed signatures. I asked if he would be ok showing me the storage container and he said of course. We went to the unit and also helped me set up the lock. Definitely rented with you because of Chuck and his knowledge and helpfulness. Super pleasant experience!!
