Nancy was very accommodating, really went above and beyond to help me get in my unit. Overall a pleasant and easy experience storing my vehicle. The unit is clean and no evidence of rodents, pests or moisture. Easy to get in and out of by gate and seems secure. ***all that being said and they did the old fliparoonie. Everything was fine for a couple of months and then they “adjusted the rate to fit the other places in town” and the price jumped up over $100 and I was just charged it with no warning. Just $100 more charged with zero explanation. I went and got my things. No thank you.
