I’ve been a customer here for years, going back to when it was under the previous management. Since the switch to Extra Space, Ethan has been a total lifesaver. He even followed up after my off-hours move-out to make sure everything went smoothly. Honestly, I’d still be here if the pricing hadn’t spiked recently, I just can't justify the new rates anymore. It’s a 4-star experience purely because of the value, but if you’re looking for a unit, this place is solid, mostly because of the service Ethan provides.
