I wanted to recognize Scott over at the Charge Street location. With the recent severe rain storms there was water damage within several units including mines. Gratefully I had purchased insurance for situations like this. Scott has taken his time to walk me through the process of filing a claim, being present when I came to look at the unit and here again today to meet with the adjuster. I was able to obtain another open unit, I am fortunate to have met Scott. He deserves the recognition even though he is doing his job, I as the customer felt like I received exceptional assistance during the unforeseen circumstance. Thank you Scott!
